Team Dirt Dog racer Tiana Berkeley Continues to Impress with Top 5 Finish at Skagit Speedway and Strong Results with the Washington Modified Tour (currently 2nd in points!) Tiana Berkeley Racing

After several prior visits, 19 year old Tiana scored her first Top 5 on Sept. 2nd and an 8th place feature finish on Sept 3rd when the Washington Modified Tour ran in conjunction with the World of Outlaws Sprints at the notoriously tough Skagit Speedway in Alger, WA.Colville, WA | Sept. 14, 2016 - After multiple championships in the Hornet division, Team Dirt Dog racer Tiana Berkeley made the big leap to an A-Modified in 2015. Our original Dirt Girl won the 2015 Modified Championship at Eagle Track Raceway in her rookie season (along with being awarded Best Appearing and Most Improved). After that local success, the team decided to hit the road in 2016 and run as many events as possible with the Washington Modified Tour and has earned the respect of racers all over the Pacific Northwest.

Then, a last minute decision to follow the tour south on Sunday to Grays Harbor Raceway Park in Elma, WA yielded more improved results. Tiana had struggled at Elma, never making a WA Modified Tour feature there, but fought her way out of the B-Main to finish a very respectable 14th in the A-Main.

Earlier in the season, Tiana was invited to run the Race of Champions at the Shipwreck Beads Modified Nationals at Grays Harobor where she battled the best modified racers in the NW to finish 16th.

Berkeley currently sits 2nd in points as the WA Mod. Tour heads to the season finale in Yakima, WA on Sept. 23 - 24.
