Exchanges & Returns

EXCHANGES ARE EASY!  
Our mission is provide extraordinary customer service.  

  • NOTE:  Unless we made a mistake or there was a defect with the product, there are no exchanges allowed on any customized or personalized items.  This includes Custom Sleeve Prints and/or Custom Logos.
  • If you accidentally ordered the wrong item and need a different size, color or whatever, simply return the item you wish to exchange (in new condition) along with a note referencing your four digit order number and what you want to replace it.  You will find your order number in the purchase confirmation and shipping notification emails we sent you.  We'll get the new item out to you 5-10 days after we receive your exchange.
  • If we made a mistake with your order and sent you the wrong size, color or item, simply snap a quick cell phone pic or two showing the specifics of the error and email the photo(s) to us at:  sales@DirtDogGear.com  We will quickly resolve the issue! 

Please be aware that exchanges are restricted to our stock on hand and you may need to select a different design when exchanging a Limited Edition or Clearance Sale item.

REFUNDS:

  • If you are ever dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason, just contact us and we will quickly replace it or refund your money... it's that simple.  Returned item(s) must be received by us within 45 days of order date to be eligible for a refund to your debit or credit card.  Items returned after 45 days will receive a replacement item of equal value or a gift card for store credit.
